Cancellation Policy

🔮 Oracle Reading Booking Policy Thank you for choosing me for your tarot guidance. To provide the best experience for everyone, please review the following booking policies before your session: ⸻ 📅 Booking & Payment • All readings must be booked in advance via the official booking platform. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. • Payment secures your time slot and allows me to prepare energetically and intuitively for your session. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. • Changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will forfeit the payment and cannot be refunded ONLY rescheduled. • No-shows are also non-refundable. ⸻ ⏰ Lateness Policy • Please arrive (or log in) on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is offered, after which the session may be canceled or shortened without refund. • Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. ⸻ 📍 Session Format • Readings may be conducted via [Video / phone / email / in person] as indicated at the time of booking. • Make sure you’re in a quiet, uninterrupted space for the reading. ⸻ 🔮 Disclaimers • Tarot readings are spiritual tools for insight and guidance — they are not a substitute for legal, medical, or psychological advice. • I reserve the right to refuse service if a client is disrespectful, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate. In such cases, payment will not be refunded. ⸻ 🧘 Energetic Boundaries • Please come to your session with an open heart and clear intentions.
